To access certain learning resources, courses, programmes, or services, users may be required to create an account. 

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials;
  • All activities conducted under their account.

JEMBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraudulent activity, or breaches of these Terms are identified. 

16. Learning Platform Access

Access to courses, programmes, learning materials, assessments, and certifications may be subject to registration, enrolment, and payment requirements where applicable. 

Course access is granted to the registered learner only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual without prior written approval from JEMBA. 

JEMBA reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue course content, learning materials, or platform features at any time. 

17. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All learning content made available through the LMS, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials;
  • Workbooks;
  • Videos;
  • Presentations;
  • Assessments;
  • Frameworks and methodologies;
  • Downloadable resources;

remain the intellectual property of JEMBA or its licensors. 

Learners may use course materials solely for their personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, publish, share, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. 

18. Assessments and Certification 

Where courses include assessments, assignments, practical activities, or examinations, learners must meet the stated requirements to qualify for completion certificates or other credentials. 

JEMBA reserves the right to withhold certification where completion requirements have not been met or where academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misconduct is identified. 

Certificates issued by JEMBA represent successful completion of programme requirements and do not constitute professional licences, registrations, or guarantees of employment unless expressly stated.

19. Platform Availability

While reasonable efforts will be made to ensure continuous availability of the LMS, JEMBA does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 

The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance;
  • System upgrades;
  • Technical failures;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Circumstances beyond JEMBA’s reasonable control.

JEMBA shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary interruptions in access. 

20. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with others;
  • Copy or distribute course content without permission;
  • Upload harmful, unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material;
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the LMS;
  • Misrepresent their identity or qualifications.

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of access without refund. 

21. Refunds and Cancellations

Where fees are payable for courses or programmes, refund and cancellation terms shall be governed by the specific enrolment agreement, course registration terms, or programme-specific policies published by JEMBA. 

Unless otherwise stated, no refunds will be provided for partially completed courses or unused access periods.
