We don't train leaders.
We form them.

Don't Get Your Necker in a Knot.

Where Aspiring Minds Begin the Journey to Leadership Excellence.

JEMBA is not just a course, but a voyage towards self-discovery, cooperation, and real-world readiness. Our program, offered as an elective to Grade 10 students, has been meticulously designed to unfold over 12 months, encompassing four pivotal modules: Self, Others, Environment (Complex Adaptive Systems), and Organisation (MBA Subjects). Each module is delivered through engaging two-hour weekly lectures, blending theoretical insights with practical application.

Why JEMBA?

JEMBA’s guiding principles rest on the foundation that we humans are an intelligent social species primarily characterised by an innate curiosity and endowed with an extraordinary ability to accomplish extremely complex tasks by cooperation.  The ethics, ubiquity, complexity, and importance of cooperation is rarely considered. Yet it governs every aspect of our lives.

Intelligence, Social, Curious, Able, Accomplish, Complex, Tasks, Ethics, Ubiquity, Complexity, Cooperation.

These matters are beyond our grasp without a deep understanding of

Self, Others, Environment and Organisation.
